WORK CREW

Members of the Work Crew will be responsible to, and work with the Camp Director and will be directly responsible to the Work Crew Director and Head Cook. The Work Crew must be willing to participate fully in the camping program.

The responsibilities of the Work Crew will include:

1. Preparing the dining area for each meal following closely all checklists– to include but not limited to: setting out cups, salt, silverware and other items as needed.

2. Assisting the cooks by way of cleaning the cooking areas and washing the dishes.

3. Removing the trash in the dining hall and around camp (including the snack shop) in the evening and as needed during the day.

4. Setting up the Tabernacle and cleaning other parts of camp as needed.

5. Working with the assistant director, cooks, and other camp staff.

6. When not working for the kitchen staff, the work crew will be responsible to do other tasks assigned by the Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director as needed.

7. Be fully engaged with their assigned cabin and camp activities/worship sessions when work crew responsibilities are complete.
