CIT (Counselor in Training)
The C.I.T. will be responsible to, and work with, the Camp Director. The C.I.T. will be responsible to the Counselor to which they are assigned. The C.I.T. will have completed his/her freshman year of high school, be a Christian, and be willing to participate fully in the camping program.
The responsibilities of the C.I.T. will include:
1. Setting a Christian example in speech, action, attitude, and dress.
2. Working with assigned Counselor and assuming responsibility for his/her campers as the Counselor requests.
3. Being responsible to his/her Counselor and assigned campers and doing reasonable duties given by their supervising Counselor.
4. Sitting with assigned Counselor and campers during sessions and other times that may be required by the Camp Director.
5. Following the camp schedule.
6. Participating in training classes for C.I.T.s.
7. Assisting and working with other camp staff.
