ASSISTANT COOK
The Assistant Cook will be responsible to, and work with, the Dining Hall Manager. They are responsible for assisting all activities in the kitchen and dining hall areas.
The responsibilities of the Assistant Cook will include:
1. Assisting the Dining Hall Manager in preparing and cooking all meals as well as planning menus.
2. Ensuring health codes of food preparation and cleanliness are met.
3. Assisting with ordering and stocking food
4. Assisting with cleaning up the kitchen before and after camps.
5. Checking in with Head Cook before and after each shift to ensure all duties of your shift
have been met/fulfilling all duties of checklist before being released from your shift.
6. Assisting the Dining Hall Manager and Camp Director.
